Sarah (SugarPuffish) and I came away from last year and within a couple of weeks, had already booked the date and venue for 2016. There was such a wonderful response to the 2015 event that we felt we had to capture that momentum and start planning extra early for 2016.

I was sent this fab Beauty Box* from LoveLula at the end of last week and am really happy with it.
The box retails at £12.50 per month which I think is really good value for money considering what's inside.
Inside this September edition you get:
BalmBalm Organic Rose Floral Water Hydrosol - A gentle toner or a refreshing pick me up in this unseasonable heat, the spray is fine and covers the face well. Lovely treat to keep in the fridge for the hot days.
Madara Brightening AHA Peel Mask - I've tried this peel mask before and it is one that I really like. I guess it's because it feels like its actually doing something. It certainly brighten my skin and makes a visible difference.
Ooh! Organic Baobab Rejuvenating Face Oil - This product is worth £19, so you absolutely get value for money in the box. Rich in Omega 3, 6, and 9, the oil is perfect for rejuvenating any skin type. I look forward to seeing the longer term effects it has.
FoM London Hydra Plump Serum - I've not tried anything from this brand before, although I know that they have a really good reputation. "A triple action moisture boost serum that works to attract, bind and prevent moisture loss." I think this one will be fab during the Winter months to keep skin in tip top condition.
Along with samples of Madara Micellar Water and Kimberly Sayer Ultra Light Facial Moisturizer.
I look forward to what's in the October box!

Time seems to be creeping up on me and all of a sudden I'm 6 weeks away from my due date!
I've slowly been packing my hospital bag but hadn't really given much thought as to what I'd pack for my first shower after giving birth (apparently, it's the best shower of your life!) but knew I wanted to take travel sized to cut down on the size of my bag.

Welcome back, readers. I'm sorry that I've not been very active over the last few months - for those of you that don't know, I'm expecting my first child in October so have been focusing on that and not finding much time for other things! I hope to have a bit more presence over the coming months, so keep an eye out.

Queen Tea are launching their new Detox Boxes TODAY and I've been lucky enough to have been testing one for the last couple of weeks.
The Detox boxes cost just £10 and come in three varieties, Morning Cuppa, Really Relaxing*, and Tea-Tox, with each box containing two Bath Tea bags and one Mini Milk sachet.
Everything is made fresh, with 100% natural ingredients.
But what is a Bath Tea bag? Well, draw yourself a bath, pop the tea bag into the bath and hop in! Even better, because once you're ready to get in, you can add a couple of tablespoons of oat milk to the bath and you're in your own wonderfully aromatic tea cup.
It's a novel idea and would be wonderful to give as gifts to family and friends who enjoy a soak in the tub.
Queen Tea also sell a range of Bath Teas, Tea Scrubs and Bath Milks on their website, so go and have a look!

What started off as a sore throat and a cold (which I thought I'd be able to just get over) actually turned out to be Tonsillitis and because I didn't get that treated, the infection spread into my chest and ears. I found this out after struggling for two weeks, getting worse each day and not better, before I sucked it up and went to the Doctors. Thank God for Penicillin.
